All Prices is in Singapore Dollars
All goods and delivery costs must be paid for in full by the customer before the goods are dispatched.
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses, all delivery addresses entered must be to a real residential address.
Please note that we are not reliability for the lost or damage of all non-secure items. Insurance are not available for selected countries.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only. All items may be subjected to customs inspection which may require additional days.
For local customers can contact me at joanne@fortunata.com.sg for repair only subject to parts available. Customer may need to pay for extra charge for repair
Payment
Oversea customer can be paid by Paypal only.
Local customer can be paid by POSB Transfer or Paypal
All items are to be paid within 3 working days.
Cancellations
There is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE is allowed after the transaction is made.
All items are real natural crystals and gemstones, so they are not perfectly like the synthetic one. All items sold are non-refundable and exchangeable
